Are you coping with the difficult issues of caring for a loved one with Alzheimer’s Disease? Please join us the 2nd Thursday of every month at 7:00 PM for the monthly Family Support Group. The meeting is facilitated by a licensed clinical Social Worker and our Director of Resident Care. You will be glad you came. Feel free to bring a friend.

Seniors and Law Enforcement Together
Join us for breakfast and the monthly SALT meeting. Local Loganville City officials and Walton County officials present new happenings in the community as well as take questions from the audience in attendance. It is a great way to be "IN THE KNOW" about your community! The breakfast starts at 9:15AM.
